The Behringer 1204 USB / Mixer - any users??

Hi - I am looking at the Behringer 1204 usb mixer and would like to gather some user comments - For home studio recording.

    the usb part is a 2 input 2 output 16bit USB device with "iffy" drivers.

    the mixer itself is worth the money for the versatility you get from a mixer.  the usb soundcard is not worth it.
