No, I'm not ignoring you Mike I'm just tallying up your bill as I don't want to be over-charging you and it's quite complicated to work out all the discounts and special offers that you'll be entitled to before I present you with the final figure, which will be the only figure you have to pay and not a penny more, so you wont need to question it I will already have done the hard work for you. I can't say fairer than that!
