Oh man, you maniac....most awesome job Scotty as usual! One little thing....would love to hear the hat "tssup" sound and ride a little lower and a bit off to the side instead of being centered and sort of competing with the lead vocals in the center pan field. Ride volume was fine, but the hats seemed a little loud to me. Other than that....incredible job on everything as usual. Incredible fiddle playing, great phrasing, melodies and execution. Vocals were great...good mix, harmonies were great too. True pro stuff brother. So glad to be the first to comment on this. Merry Christmas Scotty, thanks for sharing this! -Danny

Hi Danny, Thank you for the mixing tips on the hat and ride. I guess I just wanted them to stand out to pull the swing along. Thanks for being the first to comment on this one. I appreciate your kind words as always.

Thanks, Herb! I wanted it to be different from the ordinary every day version and this is what I ended up with.

Tony, Thank you so much...I'm honored! Starise, Thanks for taking it for a spin! Glad you loved it! Robby, I prefer Karen too, but she's not singing so well these days. Frank, Thank you! The album has been on sale for two years now.

Nat King Cole has my heart for this song. Kinda ruined all other versions for me. Excellent work as always though.
