He he, well that was weird. And you need a cuting board of some sort - made of wood or whatever. The sound of the knife hiting the sink made me shiver!

What a concept Ben, you're a true original

BTW - a cocking show usually get to the coocking of the dish a little sooner. Just saying

BTW - it made me think of this video of Ante Valente, the Norwegian Drunken Sami Chef. But I suspect he's just faking it

It's subtiteled but if it doesn't come up by itself, click the "CC" synbol on the toolbar at the lower right.

If you want to see more drunk chefs tho... Haha

Ya know, when you first showed up and acted out all the time I thought it was a by-product of youthful angst.

Most of the folks on these boards are 35-60 year old adults, with families, responsibilities and (for the most part) a happy acceptance of their lot in life. They gave you quite a lot in terms of leeway; more than you deserved, to be honest.

Now that I see you are a full grown man, it is quite unnerving and pathetic.

Seems to be my 'new thing' dunnit?

Watching a tipsy chef making a dish could be mildly amusing (always worked for Keith Floyd), but watching the first 4 minutes of that was really, really saddening and disturbing.

Get some help Ben, you're way down the slippery slope.

    Hi,

    Easy ...

    Brown Gravy
    Pieces of Beef Sauteed
An onion cut up small for extra flavor
When it's all mixed you add some sour cream -- usually to taste as too much will make it bitter.

Salt, Pepper and little fresh garlic ... voila!

Usually you want to bake this for about 30 minutes so the flavors get around.  But watching cooking in Yousheepdip is not my cup of tea. I chef'd a dinner house and managed 2 buffett restaurants and can tell you a lot more and better than ... not worth the hassle!

Ohh ... we forgot ... 1/2 tsp of Bapu Seasoning or it simply won't be right!
