The "I came here to reply to the Thank You Thread about my Mom" and it was gone thread

Again, to all who expressed their condolences in regards to
my Mom passing - THANK YOU!!!

In dealing with all this I found that she passed Intestate...which opens up 
a big can of Worms for me.  She told me she had a Will, but, when I called 
the Attorney they said all she had was a "Durable Power of Attorney"...no Will...
Now the accounts are locked and I'm basically screwed...isn't life grand!

It doesn't get any better then this folks...move over homeless, I'm on my way!

    Wow..that was wierd...I marked your post as "helpful" but it wouldn't take 3 times...
