The Kudos thread!

I am simply blown way by Cakewalk products. A few months I downloaded Music Creator but didn't really get to working with it until a few weeks ago.  Loved it!  But there were a couple limitations that I can't live without, so late last night I downloaded SONAR Artist. I was up into the wee hours getting to know it, and wow... I can't believe the power I now have.  And that's just with Artist!  I can't imagine what Pro or Platinum would do to me! lol

In my opinion, Cakewalk products surpass the competitor I've also been trying out.  They have a more friendly interface, more ease of use in many areas, and generally allows me to keep the creative flow going without getting bogged down in guesswork.

The past few weeks have been my first dive into the DAW world, so the learning curve has been a little steeper than I expected.  My experience for many years was in traditional studios with all the usual hardware, hardwire and gadgetry.  But my last studio work was 20 years ago!  So the whole software angle is a very new concept to me, yet Cakewalk has made it easy and actually fun.

Just wanted to post this to say thanks to the creators. Job well done, and I look forward to using your products for a long time!

That is great to hear jyoung60! So nice to have a new user comment who can see the potential in Sonar and is willing to put a little time into learning how it works. Kudos right back at you:)

Glad to hear it. Remember if you have any user problems the forum is here to help if we can. We recommend that members put the details of their equipment in their forum signature (see mine as a guide) as it gives us a starting point and you don't have to repeat it to everyone who gets involved in answering your questions.
