The "My Goodbye Greg Thread is Better Than Your Goodbye Greg Thread" thread

Editor's Note: In an effort to keep up, I am updating this thread. In addition to the first Greg, to whom I bid adieu, I have added two more. I have also updated the thread title, as well as some well-placed (if I don't say so myself) exclamation points. Enjoy.

Goodbye, Greg #1 !!!

You were the No. 1 overall pick in 2007, but … well… things just haven't worked out like everyone had hoped. Life is like that sometimes. Best of luck in all of your future endeavors!

Goodbye, Greg #2 !!!

You just signed a new contract for another 3 years, but I'd like to thank you in advance for those 3 years of tough play and timely goal scoring! Go B's!!!

Goodbye, Greg #3 !!!

I could have sworn you died a couple of years ago. In fact, I think I saw it on a twitter feed. Or maybe Axl Rose mentioned it on Jimmy Kimmel. In any case... alas, you are not dead. Which is not a bad thing! Your music has inspired many, so when that fateful day does come to pass… Goodbye… Greg. And Rock On!
