The "Normalization" of this Forum

I must say, it's a pleasure to come into the forum again. As we all know, this place was a freaking mad house for a couple months before the holidays, with lots of negative vibes. It wasn't really a fun environment to be in. However, things sure have calmed down around here, that's for sure. So, I just wanted to say thanks to the Cakewalk staff for the fixes, and to the usual suspects for trying their best to solve people's issues on this forum. It's rare in this day and age to find people so willing to help others with no benefit to them.

As an aside, my system has been rock solid for about 6 months now, and I really didn't have any of the issues during the "dark period". But it looks like the issues that caused the mass chaos a while back have been resolved for the most part. It's good to have our forum back and progressing in a normal positive fashion.

Thanks everyone. As always, this forum rules.......

~Jeff

Luckily things have started to come back to "normal" again
I have also been "lucky" enough to have had a very stable system this whole time.
    All the best.

Although I don't know as much as many of you here, I am amazed by the amount of support I receive from many of the members. I try to post if I know the answer, but more times than not another member jumps in to help before I can even formulate my thought! Being able to read posts from Craig Anderson (who was my hero when I was a teen reading his Guitar Player columns) is humbling. He was sort of a superstar in the DIY guitar electronics world before people even used the acronym DIY! This forum is 50% of the value proposition of owning a Cakewalk product. I hope all the veteran members continue to participate!

    Peace!

Well we will if they leave this forum alone. There seems to be this idea of "The Bakery" which scook is  by himself answering 99% of the questions. You'll notice the absence of the regulars from here participating there. So we hope they leave this forum alone and let things carry on as they have been doing nicely for a long time now. This is one of the best forums I've belonged to.
