The " " On y PC Quit Working!
I can't type the letter" " any ore. What's the deal with this? I have tried everything I can think of. Do I need to get a new PC keyboard? All the others keys work. Can anyone think of anything that ight ake it start working again? Please help! Suggestions?

did yu spill any cffee/tea/wine/beer/water n yur keybard?
pp the cap ff and use sme cmpressed air t clean it.

It happened to me not that long ago and I had to get a new one.
Got one that is backlit. Purty blue and the lights come on when I get close
to the keyboard.

Keybaords are realy pretty cheap but I'd try taking it apart and cleaning it first. If it is a laptop you can get a replacement too. I have trouble with certain letters and with my spacebar... it is annying... (see my sig at the botom.)

I have had the same probem with my laptop, within a month or so of purchasing it. It's the letter "L" with mine though, and it is random. I've not edited this post, and there are not many letter L's in it anyway, and most of the ones did actually appear, just to prove me wrong. Just the word "problem" suffered this time round...

It must be your machine mine's working fine.
Have you tried resetting the BIOS formatting all your drives and re-installing your OS.
Failing that you could ring Jim.

I've always felt that the CTRL key on every keyboard I've had since the dawn of keyboards has been less sensitive than the rest and that I have to press it harder than the others. Just like the RESTORE button on the old C64's. You really had to whack that.
