It has a haunting quality to it that I like. Always been a fan of funky time signatures, too. The guitar work sounds great, as does the mix. Nice job!

The drums are very effective. Fills towards the end are pretty cool, nice panning there.
I like the cool rhythm riffs, and especially like that funk outtro the last minute or so.
You might check :53 - :54 - - - something happens to the downbeat and my ears have no idea what. ?? What should I be hearing there?
A very solid and seriously mature composition.

This is a wellwritten piece, well performed, I enjoyed it!
One thing I didn't really like was the distorted sound on the guitar, especially in the intro, it sounded better later on, but guitarsound is always a subject for debate :)
