Really great drums on this one. And you know they've got penicillin shots for those "secrets".

It's been years since I did shots.

Thanks for the listen myolpal.

Do you know what I like about you Baps (among many other things)?
You can take some criticism about your recordings.
You don't get all high and mighty and take it as a personal slur.
You usually take any nits on board and try and correct them to the best of your abilities.
If nobody comments on your songs you don't assume that there is a conspiracy afoot, you just shrug your shoulders and move on to the next track.
You don't try and argue with people who have taken time out of their day to listen to your song/mix and given helpful ears.
Well done sir.

Nice tune, Bapu, this could have been on a Talking Heads album, kinda True Stories-ish. Bass tone is the highlight for me.

Yeah, this be some good work.  Love the groove with just a bit of funkiness, and everything is played and recorded well.   Nicely balanced mix, real clean and good separation.

Thanks Steve.

I actually took a recording class in the '70s at Moorpark College. The instructor worked at Capitol. He took us to a studio there on a 'field trip'. Everyone in the class was so afraid to touch the console. Well, everyone but me. I jumped all over that bad boy.

The iconic, round building is a work of art.  Tampa has a similar building.  I think every city should have a round building.  I think congress should work in a round building.

Great track. Clean and excellent separation. Drums are beautiful. Why don't things sound this good in the cheesy dives I play?

I'm nothing special, in fact I'm a bit of a bore
If I tell a joke, you've probably heard it before
But I have a talent, a wonderful thing
Cause everyone listens when I start to sing
Preferring  love over hate
Nothing compares  when your fingers start to vibrate.
