Great show. And if you missed any episodes (or want to see the show) AMC is showing the previous season's episodes starting Saturday 10/13 at 9:00AM U.S. Central Time (The Walking Dead Marathon).

I loved that show. We got the channel it was on for free for 6 months as a special promo through Dish Network ... the promo ended the day before the finale of season 1. Grrr. I was looking forward to seeing it on Hulu or Amazon but Hulu doesn't have it and you have to pay $27 per season to see it on Amazon. :( Never happy, am I?

Can't wait, I love this show, last one of the season was amazing and the music just elevated it so much... Bear McCreary rocks The score and music though all of Battlestar Galactica was also fantastic. If you've never listened to the music alone, go check out some on youtube, almost every single episode has something memorable.

One of the things about this show that suprised me is that the lead actor Andrew Lincoln (plays Rick Grimes the sheriff) was being interviewed on a radio station, and he has a full British accent. Born in London, etc. I couldn't believe it. He plays and talks the southern-US part so well on the show. Never would have even suspected his roots..

Best enjoyed on disk, though. That way you can fast-forward through all the talky bits where the characters endlessly discuss their feelings and shortcomings, and get right to the gooey action.

Can't wait for the next one :) ditto... so sad for Hershal.... better than the alternative. Halfway through the show my wife comes in and says "I just heard something really scary on the radio"..... I thought she was gonna tell me the zombie Apocalypse had started for real..... but no.... it was, however, actually something equally as scary. TOS doesn't permit it's discussion here.

Now I enjoy a Zombie as much as the next man, but I struggled with this. I did try a few (S1 episode 1 was great, in a 28 Days Later kind of way), but I got bored because it seemed to drift into too much of a soap, and I couldn't then emphasise with any of the lead characters. Lost went the same way. I loved Game of Thrones, but maybe that was partly because I got the box set and watched pretty much the whole series back to back.

Yeh, what is it with Brits dominating American TV shows? Granted, they're generally better actors overall, especially in the comedic genres. But unemployment in this country being what is it, surely there are actors who are actually from Georgia that could have filled those roles. I blame Hugh Laurie.

The secret is... don't get your anticipation up to high, and chug a few beers before watching.. works a treat :D I enjoyed it much, the leg scene was awesomess, but I wish they'd make the background score more prominent, and let Bear McCreary do more of what he did for BSG, like the fire scene in the last of season 2, that was so good.

Anyone know of a legitimate place I can watch this show online? I missed the entire 2nd season and the finale of season1. I see AMCTV has the first episode of season 3 online, but none of the other episodes as far as I can tell. I found a site that has it, but it also has new movies that are still in theaters and I don't want to support a site like that by clicking on a link, even though it's free.

you can get them on netflix which is $8.00 a month without a contract so you could watch the whole 2nd season for $8 then cancel.

We just got access to netflix in dk, I've heard so much positive about it from my US gaming friends. Just looked it over as they show what you get access to, there's like 12 categories with about 10-15 movies in each, some of them repeats from other categories and a few series, most of it old stuff and almost everything boring very old blockbusters. Is that really all there is in the U.S version of netflix? There's like maybe 5 movies I'd watch again (Already saw them when they were out years ago) Huge disappointment, pretty much the same as viasat on demand, a bunch of old crap I can watch as reruns for free.

Nope, you don't get any more than that. It sucks IMO. So does Hulu Plus. Amazon Prime is ok-ish, but you have to pay to extra on top of their monthly fee to see anything worth watching. I signed up for The Cult Movie Network the other day. It's $2.99 a month and you can cancel after 1 month. I tried to watch about 10 of the movies and they are so horrible I couldn't watch a single one. They aren't even B movies ... we're talking D movies shot on hand held VHS camera's. What drew my attention to them was their advertising, and the artwork they show makes the movies look really good ... not a single one was worth a penny to watch IMO. This whole 'on demand' thing is a scam IMO.
