The Wiggle Room

hello again...  I've been listening  to some great music on this forum, and I thought I'd post some potential strip tease music, inspired by a pole dancer I met recently... featuring my old band-mate, Greg Lucas, on Tenor Sax... enjoy...

Frank - that is great - I can visualize sitting in a night club having a beer and watching the show.
As always - you killed it.

    Frank,
Always a pleasure to give your tunes a listen. When you record your harp,
do you mic an amp up, or do you use a harp style mic to the interface?
Either way it sounds fine, I was curious.

Frank, Another great song from your and your old pal. Sounds great with some nice instrumentation going on and a great mix. Be good now while your on the road, I wouldn't want you catching anything that you might bring home.

Fantastic! What a beautiful sounding mix, love the spread on the guitars and it's really warm and clear. great tune and playing..of course...

I'd also like to know how you get that harp tone. Sounds like a bullet mic into a Vox, superb tone.

Frank, this is a masterpiece! Love your guitar solo. Nice delay on it. The harp sounded amazing. And your friend plays a mean sax. This was a pleasure to listen to!

Frank I can tell that you have been playing for a long time on the road with a band as opposed to sitting in a studio. Superb chops and good execution- Condensed comment- Nice!

thanks everyone... I really appreciate all the nice feedback...

I mic'd my harp with an old Shure 545, plugged into an equally old tweed Fender Champ amp... and mic'd that with an SM57... same rig I've been using on stage lately...

Listening on cans... this is good... too good to be "stripper pole" music.  You missed the cheesiness factor that is so necessary for what you might have been aiming at      ........ this is some good stuff.
