The chosen one wants to put my studio in a tent
Ya ...she's all like ..... Instead of insulating the ceiling in the garage and dry wall and all that .....why don't we just put a big tent in the garage and you could put your Studio in that .....   And then after I gave a her "a look" She said ...well ...I'll have my uncle rich look at the garage he can help you insulate the ceiling But I don't see why a tent won't work ....

I think it would work if you use about five double layered tents, each a little bigger I hope it is a LARGE garage... J

The chosen one says ....Good Lord...it doesn't take much to get you guys going .... She said I didn't explain right.....that the reason for the tent was cuz you could put a space heater in a tent ANNNND it would help you contain the tone and get a better sound ....plus tents are cozy.... You know ....

So you pitch a tent and I put a studio in it.... well, no. I don't know what to tell you. First, was the garage your idea? Isn't it going to be a bit cold in the Chicago winter and perhaps a wee bit more susceptible to theft? Do you want to record in the garage? Will it hamper your inspiration or will you always be a little ticked off about it? Will you be happy there? Will the garage door rattle when you record? Is this what you really want? I think it matters in the long run... it would for me. I can't pretend to know you Mooch but you seem well liked here. So I assume you are a good guy... besides the Bapu connection  I just hope, all kidding aside, you are happy with this so it don't become a problem down the road when any and everything can be a problem. J
