The control bar blanks out

The control bar blanks out

When loading a soft synth into a project the program pauses until its loaded then the curser changes from a vertical bar to the normal arrow curser. The control bar blanks out and only the border of the bar is visible. To refresh the bar you need to close the bar and reopen. This is consistent.

    Computer specs, version of Windows, Sonar.

    It doesn't do that on my setup (see below).
