The most famous scientist you talked to

After they were famous. Not the guy or gal you went to school with or someone before they were famous.

Me:
1. Henry Taube Nobel Prize 1983
2. Roald Hoffmann Nobel Prize 1981
3. F. Albert Cotton coauthor of Advanced Inorganic Chemistry

(the Nobel Prize Peace prize doesn't count)

We had three science teachers in High School.

    Mr. Gold
    Mr. Silver
    &
    Mr. Waters

They started a band and call themselves The Alchemists.

No, he was Johann, not John.

I admire scientists and know many as well as have met many more.

I don't know much about the famous part.

Famous is when lots and lots of people know who you are.
