The mystery of the PQ Code and C2 error

hi,
I've done all the mixing and mastering for our band's CD. Now on to the replication plant.
However,
I've been reading alot about master disc prep and am still confused by 2 things-

PQ CODES: what are they /how do I deal with them.

C2 ERRORS: what are they, and will the disc plant reject us (preferred) rather than run off 1000 copies of duds !

I really don't want to go out and buy CD Architect or more stuff ! (do I have to?)

I have Sonar 3, Nero Express burning software, and an external TDK USB Burner. I will find the finest of media and burn at a slow speed. All the CDR's I've burned for the band have played on their systems.

The guy at Discmakers on the phone the other day told me in such an =easygoing= way, that all they need is "exactly what you want the disc to sound like duuude". I didn't get tech with him. I have a hard time believing thats the whole requirement. Their site doesn't get very tecky either.

any kind of checklist you can help me build for this process??
