Of course you can.....I would think it's a necessity. If the paramedics have any questions, just refer them to page 48 of the FSF. Simples.

So just keep him away from any frozen chickens (especially defrosted ones), vacuum cleaners and electric toothbrushes and he just might cope with that directive. Otherwise I'd guess you'd have to take joint responsibility for any incident that may occur. (because you know what he's like!)
