Becan is good great but long life isn't about what you eat, it is in your genes. What you eat has a lot to do with your jeans however and sometimes ends up in your jeans.
Speaking of eating... I skipped breakfast yesterday and ate a light lunch (nothing unusual) I usually end up with a light dinner HOWEVER.... cbow came home and made homemade tacos and homemade pico sauce... I ate 8 tacos and was absolutely miserable afterward. Did the same thing the day before and ended the day at Red Lobster eating a whole Admiral's Platter. Today I did better, skipped breakfast and hit the Ming Moon buffet for lunch. Ate sushi and a lot of veggies, some jalapeno chicken. For dinner I had a salad. I feel much better today, thank you.

I just bought some Maple flavored bacon the other day. It was delicious. It smelled the house up though and we were getting company so I was in trouble. My kitchen exhaust vents outside and it STILL really smelled. I liked the smell but someone else didn't. Can't win em' all.
