    I wonder what the Bakers are doing.  Maybe they've put us on slower servers?  Last night was bad again and now, even during the day (in the U.S.), it's slow but at least the topics come up...

    It's corrupting their databases.
    Maybe the FSF is a Forum Slowdown Fred.

    The other option is turing craigb's lavalamps off.
