Third party Omnisphere 2 patches don't show up

I've just purchased Sonar Pro and when I open Omnisphere 2, a few of my third party libraries show up, but I'm missing over half. The library shows up in my old Sonar 7 where I originally installed these patches and soundsources. I've tried re-installing the patches from the utilities menu but without success.
 
Has anyone had this problem and have you been able to fix the problem?
