This ad used to scare the pants off me when I was a kid
To be honest I still have trouble watching it now, because it reminds me of the terror I felt as a child every time this came on. It's an anti-smoking ad from the mid 80's and it seemed to be in EVERY commercial break for a while. I've spoken to other people who felt the same terror. If you'd watched Saturday morning kid's TV around 1985 or so, you couldn't avoid it.
