When I attempt to open the flute plugin I get the message that it cannot find any instruments. Where do you put the 132 Meg MSE file? I am running the 32 bit version.

It goes in the  "Varazuvi Indian Flute 32bit.instruments"  subdirectory wherever the dll is installed.

I created Subfolders under C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\Vstplugins for the 64 bit as follows...

    Varazuvi Indian Flute 64 bit
    Varazuvi Bongos 64 bit

And then extracted the files to those folders...

You would do the same under C:\Program Files (x86)\Cakewalk\Vstplugins for the 32 bit versions...

I love free stuff...even if I never use it....you never know when the need may pop up...=)

Thanks Larry and Steve. Got it all going fine. I just moved the MSE file for some silly reason out of its sub directory and put it next to the DLL but obviously it did not find it but as soon as I put it back inside the sub directory all was well. Nice VST too.

It seems pretty quiet to me with the long flute setting too. ie does not produce much output level. No biggie as gain is always easy to find somewhere. I have found I need to insert as much as 20 dB of extra gain on the long flute preset especially playing softer too to bring the VU's back up to where they normally are. The medium and short flute sounds seem to be a fair bit louder so less extra gain seems to be needed. Nice VST to play lead melodies with. Sounds better to me when you are playing your own melodies rather than trying to emulate Native Flute melodies. Good to take their reverb off and use other reverb sounds.

Shame they don't have a soundcloud demo player there somewhere so you can hear them before you download
