Three questions about tracks

Hi,

I have questions about tracks generall.  I am using Sonar essential

Is it possible to send midi from one midi track to several audio tracks or instrument tracks?  or is it only possible
to send midi from a midi track to one soft synth?

Can a track have multiple in's?  Like, I have an fx plugin with 6 ins and 6 outs, so can I send to this plugin, can I send
to ins 1 and 2 from one track, and then to ins 3 and 4 from another track and so on?

I guess thats only 2 questions.  thanks for any inf.
