Time-stamped files between Sonar and Studio One

I'm working remotely with a drummer who is replacing drum loops for me with real recorded drum tracks. I am sending him broadcast wav files from Sonar and he is importing them into Studio One and using the "edit > move to origin" command for each track so they line up in time in Studio One. When he sends me back the individual recorded drum tracks he plans to use the export stems command in Studio One. I was just checking if anyone knows if this function assigns time code to the wav files so they'll import back into Sonar at the correct time sync.
