Ha ha no thank heavens for that!!

It's from some crappy humor show. But this song wasn't half bad. I also thought it was really well made! Didn't know they had the budget for that.

More of a North vs West thing. Actually, this is a David vs Goliath thing

    Nah, who knows really.

I was really surprised to hear it's from a TV-show. Extremely well made.
Well..you Norwegians have more money than any other nation with less than 5 million inhabitants I guess ( the arabian oil producing emirates excluded) :o)

I always feel the need to point out that the scale of things is so different in the small countries, like the Nordic ones. When you make something for an audience of a few hundred thousands, there's only so much you can spend.

Like in music business, too. You don't become rich by getting two or three gold records. You need to be in top twenty for ten years and make songs that become more or less evergreens. And gig around like mad. In Finland there's about 60 albums  that have sold over 100 000 copies, ever, and only three that have sold over 200 000 copies. Foreign artists never get to those numbers, because there's so many of them to share the cake.

SONAR PE 8.5.3, Asus P5B, 2,4 Ghz Dual Core, 4 Gb RAM, GF 7300, EMU 1820, Bluetube Pre  -  Kontakt4, Ozone, Addictive Drums, PSP Mixpack2, Melda Creative Pack, Melodyne Plugin etc.
The benefit of being a middle aged amateur is the low number of years of frustration ahead of you.

Using one copy of SONAR for everyone is illegal.

Yes, well, that video hurt my feelings, and I'm crying all the way to the bank. So, I'll stop by and have a foreigner prepare a meal for my take out pleasure, from a high end drive through in the suburb of Overland Park Kansas, on my way back to my apartment because my new house hasn't been prepared for me yet, just to comfort myself you see. Then in the morning I have to prepare my 4 door fully loaded 1/2 ton pickup that gets 15 miles per gallon for a 600 mile journey to get my wife's dressage horse that she boards in a different state with my two stall Kiefer Built horse trailer that I use twice a ye-ar. We'll be bringing him just down the road from our new home in the country to a multi-million dollar boarding stable. We miss him so you see, and we can't bare to spend another weekend without him. I do so hope he enjoys the pond at our new home. And oh the stale routine of not being employed for oh so many years now is almost more than I can bare.

[/snobby late 50's Americanized British style voice]

You know what's gonna happen now don't ya? I'm gonna get food poisoning, both my houses are gonna burn down, my apartment is going to get robbed, the horse trailer is gonna have a blowout and kill the horse, the truck is gonna to break down, and my wife is gonna make me get a job.

Oh, it's comin' regardless of all the other bad luck. :)

Thing is, it's worse here than back in IA and there is nothing here.

Ah well, at least I have high speed internets now. I had a tear in my eye a little earlier. I was downloading a 300MB game demo on my PS3 as I was watching a 480P vid on Youtube while surfing the net and reading/replying on the forums ... all at the same time. I thought I died and went to heaven. I've never had high speed net before.

Sorry I hurt your feelings Bub, that wasn't my intention at all. But also am happy you have high speed internet. I really am! BTW - the axe wound seem to have been healing up nicely.

Kalle - over here we have a lot more than many countries regardless of size. Good for us I guess. And we spend it where it doesn't matter. There's a lot of governement cash going into media production that isn't always - if ever - justified by the revenue it makes. Oh well, at least we're entertained.

Mike - you're rigth. But we're not an Emirate - we're the land of black metal! I mean a kingdom with oil

My feelings weren't hurt. :) I was just yankin' yer' chain'. See how I tied that in there? Eh? :) Yankin' ... yanks ...

Although, I really do have to drive 600 miles tomorrow pulling a horse trailer 300 of those miles, with a horse in it. Not looking forward to that. :(
