Today I just bought z3ta + 2.1! Very Big Problem!!!!!!!!

Today I just bought z3ta + 2.1 installed on my computer, each time open it will be prompted for a serial number, after the input software voiceless, unable to work. My computer system is OS x 10.10.2，on ableton live 8.4 and cubase 6.5 all appear the same problem!

    I put it a ticket yesterday and had a reply first thing this morning. The gentlemen at Cakewalk are working on a fix.
