Today's DUH Mixing moment

I have had a love hate relationship with the Sonitus Delay. It is so precisely accurate in one sense and so metallic grinding to the ears in another. Or not, as I just discovered. Down in the corner there at the bottom left are the diffusion settings. Try setting those to 100 & 100. Beautiful warm but lush delay, metallic sound all gone. I have been using that plug in for 6 years and never got that connection. Just sharing my light bulb moment of the day.

It's really an amazing sounding delay.

Gear: A bunch of stuff.

good to know! The CW tempo delay works pretty good for me as well. Not a lot of bells and whistles, but it's nice.

I'll have to check out the sonitus options.

    Cheers!
