Tone/signal generator

If not mistaken, there is no tone generator in Sonar Platinum.
This would probably be a simple plugin to program, and it belongs to any professional DAW in my opinion.
I can't believe this would be a huge investment in developers resources.
 
It would notably be useful for:
- monitor calibration
- sound design
- mixing
 
We don't need anything fancy, It should do the basics:
- Frequency, level, rms/peak
- Length, phase shift
 Wave forms:
- Sine, Square, Triangle, Sawtooth ...
- White noise
- Pink noise

    Maybe something like a the free MOscillator and MNoiseGenerator from the MFreeEffectsBundle would work until Cakewalk makes the investment to develop these tools.
