Too Talkative smooth jazz instrumental

    I love smooth jazz - I've got a huge collection of smooth jazz - this reminds me a lot of Tom Grant - it sounds a lot like him and the type of music he wrote.

    This is a really great tune - well done.

    BTW - I've been to Art Goode's Jazz Trax festival which is on Catalina Island - I normally go the first week in October - I've been for the past 17 years in a row - just cancelled my trip this week for this year's festival. I've got front row seats - I've gotten to know Art pretty good over the years.

    Well done.

    I'd be curious who has inspired you in the smooth jazz genre?

    Thanks for the kind remarks Mark. The first piece of recorded music that I ever purchased was Tom Scott and the LA Express "Tom Cat" in 1975. I listened to it endlessly in high school.  Love the Rhodes solo on "Rock Island Rock." I guess that was smooth jazz way before anyone thought the term up. --Dave
