Tool/Menu Ribbon gone??

Hey gang,
 
Using Sonar Artist...  I had the ribbon menu that contained my Transport and a whole bunch of other stuff and now it's gone.  How do I get it back?

    Go to "view" and click "control bar".

    Keyboard shortcut "C" toggles the Control Bar dispaly
