Totally lost with the new browser synth layout..SOLVED

I have plug in layouts that I have been updating since the year of the flood. Well, seems like it. I do not like the synth rack at all with the options. Can I not use my own layouts? If so, How?
Thanks

Thanks for the links. So now I am not confused just really bummed. I liked my own layouts and I should be able to import them but of course I cannot. Disappointed, but of course that means absolutely nothing in the scheme of things.

If you created custom layouts using the Plug-in Manager, they are still available.

    Hello Scook
Yes they are in the plug in manager, not in the browser. well, I cannot get them in there. I know i can re create things.  Just PITA imho. But I get it, still I am not happy about it.
Late now, I will fool around with it al tomorrow.

    Thanks as always

Are you saying the custom layouts do not appear in the browser layout menu on the Plugins tab? They should appear in the section below the new Sort options like the three shown in the image below.

Nope....I would be fine if that were the case. All I have under those three is the Scan VST Folders.
That is why I was\am kind of bummed.

My Cakewalk Content folder is on a separate Drive, has been for over 10 years or so. So I guess I need to re locate or re direct? I'll fool around with it. Thanks

The layouts are not in "Cakewalk Content" by default, they are in the user directory "%appData%\Cakewalk\SONAR Platinum\Plug-in Menu Layouts." The path is set in Preferences > File > Folder Locations "Plug-in Layouts"

I did get it to work using my Cakewalk Content Folder. I did find the path you mentioned also. Not sure why it is now working? Perhaps going back and forth to Manage Layouts and opening and closing the Custom layouts?
    Thanks as Always.
