Track Follow

Is there a way to turn off the track follow so that the track plane does not automatically jump ahead (with the now time) when playing the song? Id prefer if I was able to move it manually or something.  Couldn't find anything about it in the manual or garrigus book. Thanks :)

    You can toggle that behavior on/off with the ScrLk key on your keyboard.
