Track Template's goodness

Fairly amazed at how powerful track templates have become. I didn't realize you can essentially save a project template as a track template with all the tracks, buses, synths, proch settings and efx in one template. Just select the tracks and save. 

My favorite cool thing is using them for loading my typical bus configurations in a new project that I started clean. For instance, I can have my favorite vocal track template load all the buses to configure my project with the addition of that one track. Very nice to see all those buses populate to include all the routing. Thumbs up to cakewalk for this fast workflow option!
