Track Templates in X3

Just upgraded to X3, I followed the tip from Dan & setup Addictive Drums as suggested and am very pleased.

I saved it as a track template and it shows up in Windows Explorer as in C:/Cakewalk Content/Sonar X2 Producer/Track Templates/Soft Synth Track Templates, but I can't insert it in a new project from X3 because it doesn't show up there.

There's something simple I'm obviously missing here.  This is embarrassing.

Check where Preferences > File > Folder Locations "Track Templates" points.

Hi, it doesn't show up in X3 because you saved the preset in the X2 Producer folder. Simply copy the preset to the X3 Producer folder and you'll be all set.

    Tak T.
