Track View Doesn't Follow Now Time

Something I must have done today has unhitched the moving track view from the now time line.  Before I did whatever it was, the track view followed the now time when I was in playback.  Now it just sits there. How do I undo whatever it was I did?

    Could be the Scroll Lock key. Usually on upper right hand side of the standard PC keyboard.

    That did it.  I thought I had checked that but I tried it again and it worked.  Thanks.

    I HATE MY FINGERS sometimes, too.
     
    I am 6'9", with giant hands, and not at all familiar with the key bindings, nor what my fingers are usually up to.
