Track View Folder Data Screen Fading!

Back in X1 I reported this issue and believe it was submitted to development. I find in X2a it still persists.
 
Occasionally it will display correctly, but about 80-90% of the time it looks like this:

 
Does anyone see this in X3e?

    No it doesn't seem to happen in X3 E.
