Track folder moves position after track added

Create a new track folder above some existing folders and tracks.
Drag an existing track onto this new empty folder.

Unexpected behaviour: the folder moves to a new position at the bottom of Track View.

    Yeah it's in my unofficial bug list anyway..

    Sell by date at 9000 posts. Do not feed.
    @48/24 & 128 buffers latency is 367 with offset of 38.
