Track manager redundant issue

hi amigos !!
 
I was reading the thread about 2016 releases and one of the things that came to my mind was that i constantly have this issue :
 
Console view for exmple  , H , track manager , i unselect tracks and they stay , i tried every options (synchronise / disynchronise , one by one , group ect) 
 
No way , sometilme it works , but i end up right clikc and hide those manually ....
 
Anything feedback about this / workaround ?
