    Blipp,

nice to see you back. Nice to have more music. Enjoyed both, tho I didn't do a close, critical listen, nothing jumped out. I like the sleigh bell sounding stuff at the end of radius (+4:00). Very seasonal, even if that wasn't what you meant (and we don't see no stinking snow in dallas, either).

nice to hear you back blipp

some great percussion on Doves and a new approach on working against those lead sounds
    nice work

Radius confirms this newer way of working
i like the open space of the openings and your usual skill in building the layers

    welcome back

I listened to doves. I liked the drums and progressive build up. The mix sounded really good too.

Thanks everyone for the nice comments and warm welcome back. I have been spending more time on the production on these so i'm glad that was recognised.
wrench, i've been listening to your album lately and it really is a magnificent piece of work, both musically and production. It sounds just like a commercially released cd, it's that good.

thanks blipp for the kind words

I haven't sold many, but very surprising to me the last few sales that have trickled in have been to people I've had no contact with online. How they find out about this I have no idea.
I have another that's been ready for some time, but haven't had much motivation to take it any further, but now it's starting to feel like if I don't get it out I do't have much need to do more.

Your 2nd CD is really the one that sets the bar for a real album of material that flows from song to song. I'm sure that's what's kept sean (:10:) from releasing his until its just right. My second fits together well enough that anything newer doesn't fit, but it doesn't have the flow that you managed.

    good work blipp,

i really like the mixing in the first song, the drums sounds really good.
which synth did you use in both musics>rapture or something else?because i really like the sounds coming out of that.

thank you very much to let us hear your musics.

Thanks guys. Glad you enjoyed them.

Greg: I was here in spirit.

wrench: I've had about 3 albums at cd baby sold to people i don't know. They must have just chanced upon it while searching in the electronic section. I've also had a sale via itunes, which was a nice surprise. You've got a definite buyer here too wrench when you release your next cd.

benoit: Most of the synth sounds i use come from psyn II or freeware synths. I used a synth called phadiz which is a free one that emulates the old casio synths.

    Dave: Thanks mate.

Sean: check your p5 forum inbox, sent you a pm.

I'll get back to listening to some tracks here when i'm feeling better. I think i may have the flu.

flu must be a world wide phenomenon

our newest bright young lad at work here has it
came in Tuesday cause he thought he was doing better and haven't seen him since
respiratory flu is nothing to fool with -- it easily moves to a persistent bronchitis or pneumonia if you don't take care
so take care of yourself blipp

I'm working on a piece that is guaranteed to make you feel better
but patience on both counts, eh?

doves: killer percussion throughout the whole track, and some crazy ass sounds really enjoyed it, its nice to hear some good IDM from p5.
radius: another good track loved the one hitter piano(that was sic) way good selection and different sounds you went with. the one thing holding me back is that bubbly happy sounding synth that comes in at the begining takes the song from dark and depressing(which is my genre) to a happy state damn you for making me happy nice tracks man glad your back.
