Yes rolo I thought I had already commented I am sorry. It was very very good I used it as refrence to get the mix better and I posted the corrected version. Your mix was much more defined as well as much cleaner and precise.
I sure appreciate what you did as well as the time it took to do it.

Mark,

I'm impressed alot with the playing' and the singin'. Very nice guitar sounds are they mic'd from an amp, or are put through a guitar preamp direct. I've been using Rocktron's Chameleon.. but I can' get those cleaner sounds to come thorugh realistically. I'll have to get out my old Fender amp and try mic'n ' it.

I always enjoy listening to your stuff.. Original or covers.. You are havin' fun, and it comes through.. That 's what it' all about.

CRANK IT !!!!!

Best

Thanks alot for the kind words. I do have a ball. The cover songs are a real learning tool for me as well as the fun-factor. This one in particular because it was the first "real guitar leads" I ever tried to learn as an early guitarist. I was 13 or 14 and tried like crazy to do what they did on this tune. I am sure I didn't fall even close to the mark at that age, but I sure did try.
The sound is derived as it always is for me Brad, through a POD V 2.0 stereo into the console and through my MAudio FW410 soundcard and into the PC. The guitar was a Strat. for the leads and a Jackson Dinky XL for the ryth.

Hope that helps.
Thanks again
Mark

You won't be diappointed. It is a great tool for guitar,
especially leads.

I was really missing the drums and bass in this tune - the guitars are great, but I would certainly recommend going to sonic implants and downloading their Blue jay kit or something similar - it would really make this work better.

Also I notice the rhythm guitars are panned - thats great when there are vocals/guitars in the middle filling out that space - but with the weak drums there's a big hole there when it's just drums/rhythm guitars - track another track in the middle and ride the fader on it. -better/louder drums might be enough though.

Also - some electrolisis on the scrotum would help get those ARGGHGHGHGHGHGHGGHGHGHGHGHG screams :)

Kind regards

Dave Rich.
