Transferring an .ins file

I'm almost moved into my new computer.  I have one little detail, transferring my .ins file.  I'm going from Sonar 7 on my old computer to X3 and running at 64 bit on the new one.  Do I want to transfer it from the old system to the new one?  if so, how?   I want to transfer some instrument definitions to the new system, this is covered in the .ins, correct???

.ins files are text files. These can be copied just like any other file. Copy the actual .ins files for safe keeping. Copy your Master.ins from the old installation to your new installation and the instruments will be ready for use. On XP (going from memory now) look in "c:\documents and settings\all users\application data\cakewalk\yourVersionOfSONAR". Newer OSes have the file in "your User directory\AppData\Roaming\yourVersionOfSONAR". If you wish, copy the original Master.ins on your new machine to MASTER.001 as the original backup copy. Note: AppData is a hidden directory.
