Transferring from one project to another SOLVED

I have a project that has a track I've managed to screw up in it. But, it's good in a different version. I need to get the track, bus, audio, all plugs, and here's the kicker... All the automation in both track and bus to the other project. Reason being I 'printed to tape' long ago and now it seems my only way to get it back correct sounding is as described above. I can make a track template including the plugs and bus, no biggie. Pulling the audio in is easy. How do I get the automation for both track and bus across the abyss? Thanks...

I figured it out. Having both projects open (had to kill the fx on the first before opening the 2nd to have enough giddyup) I was able to copy and paste. I spent 3 hours trying all kinds of stuff, but I remembered you can change preferences to have more than 1 project over at a time. Whew...
I hate when the answer comes 20 minutes after reaching out to the forum.
