Transport Bar Size Increase?

Hi,
 
Have Platinum and want to increase the size of the transport bar but don't think it can be done. Can it?

    The only way I can think of is changing the view of the whole screen viewing resolution from within windows. The transport bar is made up off PNG files which are fixed in size.
