Transport Bar

I must have hit someone, but my transport bar isn't working properly. It plays, but the time ruler/tracks do not move. Also the return to the beginning button does not work. What have I done now?

    DOH!! I have to remember to proof read my posts LOL. I haven't hit anyone yet, but I have a couple of people I could consider.

    Must be because it was a shiny bright green. So now that's it "resting", I start asking some more of my dumb questions.
