Transport Console Missing

Since getting ver 2016.05  My Transport Console....editing notes from the staff view screen is missing..On the bottom of the track screen I see MultiDock..Need help here ASAP...got a project pending....Is thetre an INI file I can rename and restore these screens.  Any other solutions?   tia
