Transposing Audio

Just experimenting today with some guitar tracksNd when to the process menu and had a look at the transpose menu and saw an option to transpose audio! So I was wondering what options seem to be the best and most appropriate for guitar.

One thing though...after I transposedrthe audio track I coudln't uncheck the audio setting in this transpose menu.
