Lovely tune. Love how it picks up at the 2:20 mark, then just kinda explodes with a relief of tension at 2:54. I really like the rolling bass, and you managed to keep the toms tight and clear at the same time. Great work. Enjoyed that.

I am always in awe of your music and this is no exception. Hauntingly beautiful, creating a vivid picture in the mind of an unspoilt and spiritual land, this is deeply moving and truly unforgettable.

Really nice this Wookie. I found my attention wandering as I listened - in a good way - just drifted off somewhere else for a bit and didn't even realise until it ended.

Excellent track John, really enjoyed this. Loads of atmosphere, nice little details coming and going..right up my street.

nice melodies, yes, this struck me as a perfect 'nature scene' type soundtrack.

with the mix, i'd suggest trying a different scheme with the drums, besides the hard panning..

try bringing the toms and room mics more inwards, no more than, say 45% to each side, and then throw some of your music tracks way out to the left and right, and see if that feels any different....
just for experiment's sake.

it's really interesting, playing with the panning...

if you're like me, first blush is always to pan a little harder, but i've been trying to bring drums closer in these days, sometimes almost mono, with just a 30% pan on room and OH's, and depending on the type of song and arrangment, it really seems to tighten up the overall mix.

but this, you've got a wide open arrangement, so you can get away with wide pans.

Hey John sorry I haven't had a chance to listen, man one minute I have nothing to do then I'm so busy.

I really like this, it is experimental without being too experimental.

I like toms, esp toms like these ones.

This would make excellent David Attenborough TV music, I know it doesn't sound like a compliment but it is because this is the sort of music you could make a few bucks from by licensing it to a TV program.

Ok I am rambling but I def like that.
