Tried to record my band "live",Zeppelins"The Ocean"

...for the 1st time in my new studio/rehersal space I built, really struggled getting a good kick drum sound, the drummer has one of those drum mic kits...I think Audix is the brand name......I use a Variax 500 and FlextoneIIIXL...the guitar signal comes from the xlr's out to the board, then into my Aark24 soundcard.Bass players bass amp also has a direct out to the board, which is were the bass track comes from, drummer is mic'ed up thru the PA as well .We recorded it live all at once as a band and I then added a rthym guitar track,as we are a trio and I wanted to try and fill the sound out a bit.Anyways, here is what we came up with, any comments would be much apreciated as this is really new thing for me to try.

Bl00dy good job for a 1st time effort, I'd say.

What processing did you apply after you had recorded it? I was going to say that I would back off some of your reverb levels and then realised it might be the room itself that I am hearing.

Give yourself a smack for that guitar noise around 2:30...

    Ciao,

Thanks Qwerty69!I did add a bit of reverb to the tracks after mixing them...my rooms walls are untreated at the moment so that is also impacting the sound quite a bit...yeah that noise around 2:30..sheesh,we havent really recorded our practices before and I think its good to hear some sloppiness/noises that shouldnt be there! Thanks again for the feedback...I apreciate it!
