Triple Play's East West MIDI Guitar Teaser Pack questions

I have just reinstalled everything after a big crash, and 2 weeks of Studio DAW PC trouble. I restored to a July 2017 image and have now put 99% back in order. I can't find the Triple Play's East West MIDI Guitar Teaser Pack, though it had been installed by July last year.
Does anyone have this or know where it is or how to make it show up/get accessed by EW Play (which is latest version)?
I don't seem to be able to download it from East West again, either.
 
So any advice or help would be good! LOL

    Do you back up your Download folder? This I have found important over time.
    I like to keep my download folder uncluttered so I can find stuff I just downloaded. 
    So I have a "Download Back up" folder on a data drive and I dump everything there from time to time. 
    I also keep a "Software" folder and copy stuff there too. It has sub folders for different types of software, like there's a "freebie VST" folder where I put stuff to try when I have time.

    I do that regularly, Johnny V, but apparently I dropped the ball on that particular item. I'm pretty organized having learned my lesson from IK! LOL
    I guess I'll have to email support at East West since I don't see any other way to re-download it. Ironically I have all the other TriplePlay stuff in several places, just not the MIDI Guitar Teaser Pack.

    I was sure that someone here had Triple Play and could help me..... LOL
